“MY FIRST CHOICE FOR HEALTHCARE” INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN

Since 1947, The Corvallis Clinic has been an independent, physician-led medical group serving Benton, Linn and Lincoln counties. The Clinic opened the first outpatient surgery center in the mid-Willamette Valley and has a history of providing exceptional healthcare for Oregonians.
After several years of utilizing the same marketing campaign, The Corvallis Clinic did an agency search to help develop and execute a new marketing campaign to increase awareness of its services and acquire new patients in the community. Funk/Levis was chosen to be the agency of record.
Increase The Corvallis Clinic’s brand recognition and differentiate them from larger competitors through a fresh and engaging marketing campaign.
Our team began with researching The Clinic and how it could differentiate itself from its competitors in terms of audience engagement and customer experience. From our insights, we developed four campaign concepts and presented them to The Clinic’s internal marketing team. Three of the four campaigns were selected for consumer testing and further research.
We conducted research through a variety of channels to hone the creative concepts and create more meaningful impact through marketing messages that resonated with the community. The final campaign concept recommendation, “My First Choice for Healthcare,” was by The Clinic’s board and shareholders.
The campaign was well received by both patients and staff at The Clinic. So much so that the campaign was extended to all of The Clinic’s marketing materials. The campaign concept was flexible enough to work as general branding and also promote specialties within the clinic (e.g. My First Choice for Family Medicine, My First Choice for Sports Medicine, etc.).
